Our work is underpinned by data analytics which follows actuarial best practices. To date, we have dealt predominantly with blue chip companies in the Insurance, Banking, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Retail, eCommerce, and Property spaces looking at how we can solve some of the industries’ biggest challenges.
We will conduct a deep dive to understand your needs, design and pilot our solutions as well as help scale the new ways of work within the entire organisation.

Founding Story
Founded in 2016, The Choice Architects was established with the vision that business should be more about people and less about things. If one can better understand human motivation and behaviour, one can better engage with their clients, staff and other stakeholders in their ecosystem. By integrating insights from Behavioural Economics, broader behavioural sciences, and psychology into our processes, our management consultancy consistently delivers solutions that drive desired human behaviour.

How We Are
Making a

In addition to our core projects, we are also about helping our communities. Our team is passionate about giving back and we support them every step of the way.
We have a special initiative that empowers each TCA team member to utilise their ‘can-do’ attitude by selecting a charity they wish to support. Throughout the year, we help them fill their cans with coins, which are then donated to their chosen charity, demonstrating that even small contributions can make a significant impact.
